7. 报价文件递交及报价开启 Submission and Opening of Bid Documents7.1 报价文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为 2026-08-01 17:00:00，响应人应在截止时间前通过浪潮电子采购平台（https://scs.inspur.com）递交电子报价文件。 The bid submission deadline is 17:00, August 1, 2026. Respondents shall submit electronic bid documents via the Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform (https://scs.inspur.com) before the deadline.
7.2 逾期送达的报价文件，电子采购平台将予以拒收。 Bid documents submitted after the deadline will be rejected by the electronic procurement platform.
