Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: According to the goal of the 2026 private sector-run practical tasks, we will further accelerate the construction of public sports facilities in Pudong New Area, and plan to purchase 26 citizen puzzle fitness points (double-column). The range of equipment selection includes: upper limb traction devices, space walkers, and other double-column equipment. Specific requirements are detailed in the procurement requirements of the bidding documents
合同履约期限：合同签订生效之日起至质保修期满（合同签订后20天供货至采购人指定地点，并完成安装调试）
The Contract Period: From the date the contract is signed and takes effect until the expiration of the quality warranty period (supplying the goods to the designated location of the purchaser and completing installation and commissioning within 20 days after signing the contract)

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 2.1 Implement measures to reserve a certain share, increase the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project specifically targets procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation process, no price discounts will be applied to products from small and medium-sized enterprises. 2.2 Support prison enterprises and welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises;
