style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">2.2投标人存在以下行为之一的，将被纳入安徽建工集团股份有限公司“限制交易名单”管理并予以披露，期限自认定之日起暂定5年。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">（</span><span style="font-family:宋体">1）在招投标过程中相互串通投标的；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">（</span><span style="font-family:宋体">2）以提供虚假业绩等方式弄虚作假骗取中标的；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">（</span><span style="font-family:宋体">3）违反合同约定，情节严重且拒不改正的；</span></span></p><p
