7. 报价文件递交及报价开启 / Submission and Opening of Bid Documents7.1 报价文件递交截止时间（投标截止时间）为 2026 年 07 月 21 日 12:00，响应人须在截止时间前通过浪潮电子采购平台提交电子报价文件。 The deadline for bid document submission is 12:00, July 21, 2026. Respondents shall submit electronic bid documents via Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform before the deadline.
7.2 逾期上传递交的报价文件，电子采购平台系统将直接拒收。 Bid documents submitted after the deadline will be rejected by the electronic procurement platform.
