一、采购项目基本情况
采购人：泰国长春置地有限公司
采购项目名称：All Seasons_EV Shuttle Bus service Y2026 - 2028
采购内容或范围：Contract Period: 2 years.
Vehicle Provision: The bidder shall provide electric shuttle buses in accordance with the specifications stated in the TOR.
Number of Vehicles: The contract shall cover a total of 2 EV shuttle buses. The contractor shall ensure that all vehicles are in good condition, operationally ready, safe, and maintained in accordance with industry standards throughout the contract period.
Driver Allocation: The bidder shall assign no fewer than 2 drivers per day, operating 7 days per week (including working days and public holidays) during the hours of 07:00–21:00 hrs. The total number of drivers and shift schedules shall be managed by the bidder, provided that the required number of personnel is available each day.
Compliance with TOR: The bidder shall comply with all terms and conditions specified in the TOR. The requirements stated in the TOR represent ASP’s minimum requirements; bidders may propose additional value-added services, equipment, or management systems.
二、供应商资格要求
1. The bidder must have legal capacity.
2. The bidder must not be bankrupt and under dissolution.
3. The bidder must be a juristic person legally registered in Thailand with the business objective of providing passenger transport services.
4. The bidder must have experience in providing shuttle bus services, either as completed projects or projects currently in operation.
5. The bidder must be a juristic person with direct contractual experience in providing similar services to government agencies, local administrative organizations, state enterprises, government-supervised agencies, or reputable private organizations. Such experience must involve continuous service for at least 12 months and include the operation of no fewer than 5 electric passenger buses. The bidder must attach copies of contracts, performance certificates, and other relevant project documents as evidence.
