9.2 Late submitted documents shall be rejected by the electronic procurement platform. 逾期送达的报价文件，平台予以拒收。
9.3 Bid opening time: 19:00 on July 21, 2026. Respondents shall attend online check-in on time. Failure to check-in shall be deemed recognition of bid opening records, and any objection raised afterwards shall be invalid. 开标时间 2026-07-21 19:00:00，响应人须准时在线签到，未签到视为认可开标记录，事后异议无效。
