（2）投标产品制造厂商在5年（含5年）内有不少于3个磨齿机的制造业绩，并在投标文件中提供业绩合同复印件作为证明材料。
（3）投标人必须在中国有良好的售后服务支持，如设备故障或损坏，24小时之内给予答复，48小时内到达招标人现场；投标人必须在中国有备件库。
