为便于供应商及时了解项目采办信息，现将宝岛21-1气田群发开项目柴油消防泵、CO2回注泵和生产水自清洗滤器等物资的采办计划公开如下：

The material of the pump head and filter screen is nickel-aluminum bronze or super duplex steel; the material of the rising water pipe is 316L.	2027年6月	1.投标人应为投标产品的制造商。 1.The Bidder shall be the manufacturer of the products tendered. 2.投标人须取得质量管理体系认证证书（ISO900 1）及职业健康安全管理体系（ISO45001）认证证书，并在有效期内。 2. The Bidder shall hold valid Quality Management System Certification (ISO9001) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification (ISO45001) within their validity periods. 3.业绩要求： 2018年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人应具有至少1个合同的柴油机直接驱动长轴泵橇（流量不小于2300m3/h，出口压力不小于1500kPaG）的供货业绩（供货业绩的制造商必须是投标人）。 投标人须按规定绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括但不限于：1）销售合同扫描件和2）用户签字或盖章的到货验收材料（到货验收单或调试验收报告或其他可以证明合同项下货物已经到货验收的有效证明材料）。 3. Performance Requirements: From January 1, 2018 to the bid closing date (subject to the contract signing date), the Bidder shall have at least ‌1 supply performance‌ of diesel engine directly driven long-shaft pump skid (with flow ≥ 2300m³/h and discharge pressure ≥ 1500kPaG). The manufacturer of the supplied products in the performance must be the Bidder itself. The Bidder shall provide required performance supporting documents, including but not limited to: 1) Scanned copy of the sales contract; 2) Arrival acceptance materials signed or sealed by the end user (arrival acceptance note, commissioning acceptance report, or other valid documents proving the goods under the contract have been delivered and accepted).
2	CO2注入泵橇	CO2注入泵1套（CEPA-X-2813）,包括CO2注入泵（CEPA-P-2810）、机械密封系统、冷却系统、滑油系统、适用于危险区划分的带空间加热器的变频电机、变频器、联轴器及防护罩、最小流量阀、温度及振动检测及报警系统、远程监测及故障诊断系统、现场控制盘、橇内管线、仪表及阀门、带接地端子和吊耳的公共底座。 流量：4200m3/d； 入口压力：5100kPaG，出口压力：11600~20750kPaG。 1 set of CO₂ Injection Pump (CEPA-X-2813), including CO₂ Injection Pump (CEPA-P-2810), mechanical seal system, cooling system, lubricating oil system, variable-frequency motor with space heater suitable for classified hazardous area, variable frequency drive, coupling and guard, minimum flow valve, temperature & vibration detection and alarm system, remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system, on-site control panel, in-skid piping, instruments and valves, common base with grounding terminals and lifting lugs. 3	生产水自清滤器及聚结橇	生产水自清滤器及聚结橇1套，包括：3台自清洗过滤器、流量为18方/小时；聚结橇2台，流量为18方/小时；循环泵4台，流量为2方/小时；反洗泵4台，流量为8方/小时；吸附塔，处理量为18方/小时；反洗水罐1台，有效容积10方；反洗热水泵2台、流量为20方/小时；以及橇内的现场控制盘，橇内所有的三相异步电动机能为一级能效、橇内所有管线、仪表、阀门、带接地端子及吊耳的公共底座。 1 set of Produced Water Self-Cleaning Filter & Coalescing Skid, including: 3 units of self-cleaning filters (flow rate: 18 m³/h); 2 units of coalescing skids (flow rate: 18 m³/h); 4 units of circulation pumps (flow rate: 2 m³/h); 4 units of backwash pumps (flow rate: 8 m³/h); 1 unit of adsorption tower (treatment capacity: 18 m³/h); 1 unit of backwash water tank (effective volume: 10 m³); 2 units of backwash hot water pumps (flow rate: 20 m³/h); as well as the on-site control panel inside the skid, all three-phase asynchronous motors inside the skid that meet ‌Class 1 energy efficiency standard‌, all in-skid piping, instruments, valves, and the common base with grounding terminals and lifting lugs.	2027年7月	1. 投标人应为投标产品的制造商。 1.The Bidder shall be the manufacturer of the products tendered. 2.投标人须取得质量管理体系认证证书（ISO900 1）及职业健康安全管理体系（ISO45001）认证证书，并在有效期内。 2. 本次公开的采办计划是本项目采办工作的初步安排，实际采购应以相关采购公告和采购文件为准，所有提供和反馈的信息只作为项目采办参考。
本次公告有效期是（2026年6月23日）至（2026年6月28日）止。在此期间，有意参与某采办包的系统用户可在集团公司采办系统中提交反馈材料。
