2. 交货地点和交货时间：
交货地点：境内交货：上海宝翼制罐项目现场；境外交货：CIF，上海港
交货时间：?中标通知书发出之日起8个月内具备卖方工厂交货条件
3.*凡确认投标的投标人请登录中国国际招标网平台（http://www.chinabidding.com），务必在开标前注册为其会员并通过年检以获得投标资格，中标情况将在中国国际招标网公示。

5. 招标平台使用费：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：
（1）未被国家企业信用信息公示系统(www.gsxt.gov.cn)列入严重违法失信企业名单（查询时间不得早于招标文件起售日）;
（2）未被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人名单（查询时间不得早于招标文件起售日）;
（3）投标人或投标设备的制造商自2023年1月1日起至投标截止日内（以合同签订时间为准）应具有应用在两片罐生产线上的缩颈翻边机设备的供货业绩；
（4）如投标人为代理商，需提供针对本项目的制造商唯一授权函。若制造商和代理商同时参与投标，制造商和代理商的投标均被否决。

(3) The Tenderer or the manufacturer of the tendered equipment shall possess supply performance of necking and flanging machines applied on two-piece can production lines, with the contract signing date falling within the period from January 1, 2023 up to the bid closing date;
(4) If the bidder is an agent, a unique authorization letter from the manufacturer for this project must be provided. If both the manufacturer and the agent participate in the bidding, both of their bids will be rejected.
