I. Basic information of the procurement project

Procurement project name:Centralize Purchase for Design and Build for Built-to-suit Office Unit at All Seasons Place
Procurement content and scope: Design and Build (D&B) of a high-quality, modern workplace environment for potential tenants. The total estimated construction area is approximately 3,000 sqm.
II. Supplier qualification requirements
Supplier Qualification Requirements:
1. The Bidder shall be an independent legal entity incorporated in Thailand or a legally established overseas legal entity, and shall meet the qualification requirements stipulated by the applicable laws and regulations of Thailand. If an overseas legal entity is awarded the Contract, it shall appoint a legally compliant local Thai legal entity as its implementation partner, which shall be fully responsible for the execution of this Project, including contract execution and full performance of all contractual obligations throughout the Project.
2. Within the past three (3) years (up to the Bid Submission Deadline), the Bidder shall have completed at least one (1) project of a similar nature and shall provide valid supporting documents as evidence.
III. Acquisition of procurement documents

IV. Submission of response documents
