（1）经律师协会年检合格，声誉良好；近3年没有重大违法记录，未受过司法行政部门行政处罚或律师协会行业处分；成立至今不得存在骗取中标和严重违约的记录。需提供年检合格证明截图、三年无不良执业记录证明材料及书面承诺函。</span><br/><span style="font-family:'宋体';font-size:10.0pt;color:#000000;white-space:pre-wrap;"></span><br/><span style="font-family:'宋体';font-size:10.0pt;color:#000000;white-space:pre-wrap;">

（3）供应商律所及拟派服务团队律师未陷入重大舆论风波或负面社会事件中；律师个人征信良好，无重大债务问题。需提供律师个人信用报告（可通过中国人民银行征信中心或招商银行、云闪付等APP获取简版报告）及企业信用报告（可通过“信用中国”网站或国家企业信用信息公示系统获取），或出具书面承诺函。</span><br/><span style="font-family:'宋体';font-size:10.0pt;color:#000000;white-space:pre-wrap;"></span><br/><span style="font-family:'宋体';font-size:10.0pt;color:#000000;white-space:pre-wrap;">
（4）供应商及拟派服务团队律师不存在重大未决诉讼或仲裁风险（指可能影响其正常执业能力或履约能力的重大诉讼、仲裁），需出具书面承诺函。</span><br/><span style="font-family:'宋体';font-size:10.0pt;color:#000000;white-space:pre-wrap;"> 3. 业绩要求:提供近三年（2023年1月1日至今）承接过不少于3家企业常年法律服务项目业绩合同。需提供合同关键页扫描件（含合同首页、服务范围、签署页等），如合同中无法反映相关内容，须另提供可佐证的其他资料。</span><br/><span style="font-family:'宋体';font-size:10.0pt;color:#000000;white-space:pre-wrap;"> 4. 团队要求:律师服务团队不少于2名持有律师资格的律师，且律师执业年限已满3年；主负责律师需执业5年以上，且需具有甲方企业法务工作经验或具有国央企常法顾问经验（需提供合同或聘书等证明材料）。</span><br/><span style="font-family:'宋体';font-size:10.0pt;color:#000000;white-space:pre-wrap;"> 5. 5.其他要求:供应商须在服务方案中明确以下事项,并出具书面承诺函(按实际承诺调整),承诺将相应条款写入最终服务合同。:

（1）总价采购，收费基数为成交金额；单价、费率采购，收费基数为预算金额。

（1）总价采购，收费基数为成交金额；单价、费率采购，收费基数为预算金额。
