8. Qualification Requirements8.1 Respondents for this procurement shall hold relevant qualifications, have similar past performance records, and possess the supply capacity matching this project. 8.2 Legal entities independently registered within the territory of China, capable of independently assuming civil liabilities. 8.3 Bidders shall have a sound financial accounting system and sound financial standing. 8.4 No major illegal records such as bid rigging or serious breach of contracts in the past three years. 8.5 Sound records of tax payment and social insurance contribution in accordance with law. 8.6 Possess equipment and professional technical capacity necessary for contract performance. 8.7 Have not been listed as dishonest debtors within three years prior to participating in this procurement activity. If joint bidding is permitted, none of the consortium members shall be listed as dishonest debtors. 8.8 Consortium responses are NOT accepted for this procurement. 8.9 For other specific requirements, please refer to the announcement and procurement documents released on Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform.

Those failing to check-in shall be deemed to accept the bid opening records, and any objections raised against the bid opening results afterwards shall be invalid.
