一、采购项目基本情况
采购人：泰国长春置地有限公司
采购项目名称：Garden maintenance service Y2026 - 2027
采购内容或范围：Provide comprehensive landscape maintenance and indoor plant rental services for All seasons (ASP) for a 1 year contract. The contractor shall maintain all indoor and outdoor landscaped areas, including trees, shrubs, lawns, flower beds, and potted plants through watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest and disease control, weeding, soil improvement, plant replacement, and seasonal replanting. The scope also includes regular cleaning of landscaped areas, roads, walkways, parking areas, and drainage inlets, collection and disposal of green waste, and replacement of indoor ornamental plants according to the required schedule. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, consumables, and monthly maintenance reports with photographs, while ensuring compliance with ASP's quality, safety, and environmental requirements. Regular inspections, emergency support, and landscape improvements requested by the employer shall be provided throughout the contract period.
二、供应商资格要求
1. Be a legally registered business entity with full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
2. Not be bankrupt, under liquidation, or in the process of business dissolution.
3. Not be suspended or prohibited by the Employer from participating in bidding or contracting due to unsatisfactory performance.
4. Not have any conflict of interest with other bidders participating in the same procurement or engage in any anti-competitive practices.
5. Have qualified personnel with proven experience in landscape maintenance, including at least one site supervisor with a minimum of one year of relevant experience and sufficient skilled workers to perform the services.
6. Be capable of providing all required manpower, equipment, tools, materials, agricultural supplies, transportation, and technical support necessary to perform the contract.
7. Ensure all workers are legally authorized to work in Thailand and comply with the Employer's safety, security, environmental, and operational regulations.
