7. 报价文件递交及报价开启 / Submission & Opening of Bid Documents7.1 报价文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为 2026-07-11 10:00:00，响应人应在截止时间前通过浪潮电子采购平台（https://scs.inspur.com）递交电子报价文件。 The bid submission deadline is 10:00, July 11, 2026. Respondents shall submit electronic bid documents via Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform (https://scs.inspur.com) before the deadline.7.2 逾期送达的报价文件，电子采购平台将予以拒收。 Any bid documents submitted after the deadline will be rejected by the electronic procurement platform.7.3 项目报价开启时间为 2026-07-11 10:00:00，响应人应准时参加报价活动并在线签到，未签到的视为承认报价开启记录，事后对此提出任何异议无效。 The bid opening time is 10:00, July 11, 2026.
