六、谈判采购文件的获取 / Obtainment of Negotiation Tender Documents凡有意参加报价者，请于 2026-07-08 12:00:00 至 2026-07-11 12:00:00（北京时间，下同），登录浪潮电子采购平台（https://scs.inspur.com）下载电子文件。 All interested bidders shall log on to Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform (https://scs.inspur.com) to download electronic tender documents during the period from 12:00, July 8, 2026 to 12:00, July 11, 2026 (Beijing Time, same hereinafter).
七、报价文件递交及报价开启 / Submission and Opening of Bid Documents7.1 报价文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为 2026-07-11 12:00:00，响应人应在截止时间前通过浪潮电子采购平台（https://scs.inspur.com）递交电子报价文件。 The deadline for bid document submission (bid closing time) is 12:00, July 11, 2026. Respondents shall submit electronic bid documents via Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform (https://scs.inspur.com) before the deadline.
7.2 逾期送达的报价文件，电子采购平台将予以拒收。 Any bid documents submitted after the deadline shall be rejected by the electronic procurement platform.
7.3 项目报价开启时间为 2026-07-11 12:00:00，响应人应准时参加报价活动并在线签到，未签到的视为承认报价开启记录，事后对此提出任何异议无效。 The bid opening time is 12:00, July 11, 2026. Respondents shall attend the bid opening activity and complete online check-in on time. Failure to check-in shall be deemed recognition of the bid opening records, and any objections raised afterwards shall be invalid.

Please submit participation confirmation before 12:00, July 11, 2026. Any respondent failing to confirm participation before the deadline shall not be allowed to submit bids.
