凡有意参加报价者，请于2026-07-03 16:00:00至2026-07-06 16:00:00（北京时间，下同)，登录浪潮电子采购平台（https://scs.inspur.com）下载电子文件。All interested bidders shall log in Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform (https://scs.inspur.com) to download electronic documents from 16:00:00 July 3, 2026 to 16:00:00 July 6, 2026 (Beijing Time).
7.报价文件递交及报价开启
7.1 报价文件递交截止时间：2026-07-06 16:00:00（北京时间），响应人须在此时间前通过采购平台提交电子版报价文件。Bid submission deadline: 16:00:00 July 6, 2026 (Beijing Time). Bidders shall submit electronic bidding documents via the platform before the deadline.
7.2 逾期提交的报价文件，平台将直接拒收。Late-submitted documents will be rejected automatically by the system.
7.3 报价开启时间同步为 2026-07-06 16:00:00，报价人须准时在线签到；未签到视作认可开标结果，事后异议一律无效。Bid opening time is fixed at 16:00:00 July 6, 2026. On-site online check-in is required. Absence of check-in shall be deemed recognition of opening records, and no subsequent objection shall be valid.
