（二）工作内容包含但不限于：Scaffolding Installation and Demolition Project (Phase II) for the 1.5 GWPhotovoltaic Project Management Office at PV3 Ajiban, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Workscope includes but is not limited to:
（1）施工范围：脚手架的安装与拆除
（2）其他施工范围：其他本范围未具体列举，但施工图纸等设计文件和招标文件中已约定的工程内容、或作为一个有经验的承包商应考虑到的施工过程中必不可少的工作内容同样属于本标段内的工程范围。(3)施工现场余料需及时清理、回收。(4)配合其他单位的施工。
(5)乙方为完成招标范围内的工作所产生的全部费用均含在合同综合单价中，招标范围内的工作无对应的清单，则认为该工作已综合在已有清单子目中，不另行计费。(1) Scope of work: Installation and dismantling of scaffolding(2) Other Construction Scope: Items not explicitly listed herein but stipulated inconstruction drawings, design documents, or tender specifications; or essentialconstruction activities that an experienced contractor would consider necessary duringthe project execution, shall also constitute part of this bid section's scope.(3) Any remaining materials at the construction site must be promptly cleared andrecycled.(4) Cooperate with other units during construction.(5) All costs incurred by Party B for completing the works within the tender scope areincluded in the contract's comprehensive unit price. Where no separate bill of quantitiesexists for such works, they shall be deemed incorporated into the existing bill ofquantities items and shall not be charged separately.
四、资格要求与合同条件IV. Qualification Requirements and Contract Terms3.1为履行本施工合同，投标人至少应满足本招标项目的施工资质等级（脚手架专业承包资质），并符合当地资质要求（阿联酋）
。3.2投标人必须具有独立法人资格，本项目不接受以联合体形式的投标
。3.3为具有被授予合同的资格，投标人应提供令招标人满意的资格文件，以证明其符合投标合格条件和具有履行合同的能力。为此，所提交的投标文件中应包括下列资料
。3.3.1有关确立投标法律地位的原始文件的有效复印件及原件扫描件（包括营业执照、资质等级证书、安全施工资格证、法人代表证或委托代理人证明书等），复印件需盖原章
。3.3.2按规定的格式填写公司的组织结构和拟在本工程担任项目经理及施工现场管理、主要施工人员的情况
。3.3.3按规定格式提供完成本工程拟采用的主要施工机械设备或工机具情况
。3.3.4完成的与本工程相似的业绩及其合同履行情况。
3.4中标人在接到中标通知书后5个日历日内开始合同谈判，并在10个日历日内签订完承包合同
。3.1 To fulfill this construction contract, the bidder must possess at least the requiredconstruction qualification level for this tender project (specialized scaffoldingcontracting qualification) and comply with local qualification requirements (UnitedArab Emirates).3.2 Bidders must possess independent legal person status; consortium bids are notaccepted for this project.3.3 To qualify for award of the contract, bidders shall submit qualification documentssatisfactory to the tenderer, demonstrating their compliance with the biddingrequirements and capability to fulfill the contract. Accordingly, the submitted biddocuments shall include the following materials.3.3.1 Valid copies and scanned originals of the original documents pertaining to theestablishment of the bidder's legal status (including business license, qualificationcertificate, safety construction qualification certificate, legal representative certificate,or power of attorney), with all copies bearing the original seals.3.3.2 Fill in the company's organizational structure and details of the project manager,site management personnel, and key construction staff to be assigned for this projectaccording to the specified format.3.3.3 Provide, in the prescribed format, a list of the main construction machinery,equipment, or tools planned for use in this project.3.3.4 Completed projects similar to this one and their contract performance records.3.4 The successful bidder shall commence contract negotiations within 5 calendar
