公告标题：二次技术规范书
公告内容：原技术规范书缺少34.5送出线路保护配置方案，现补全，由于业主电网研究报告延迟，线路保护配置方案我们按照两个方案进行配置，在定标前，我们会确定具体的配置方案，目前请二次厂家按照两套方案进行配置（详见最新的技术规范书），详见附件。现已补充图纸，有任何疑问及时进行澄清工作。

6	34.5 kV section
6.1	34.5 kV line protection and measurement control device	Set	4	2 sets for 1# outgoing feeder, 2 sets for 2# outgoing feeder(Note: The protection type for the two outgoing transmission lines is currently undetermined. Subject to the approval of the power grid study report, if distance protection is adopted for the lines, Clause 6.2 shall be abolished; if optical differential protection is adopted for the lines, Clause 6.1 shall be abolished.)
6.2	34.5 kV line optical differential protection & measurement-control device	Set	5	3 sets for 1# outgoing feeder, 2 sets for 2# outgoing feeder(Note: The protection type for the two outgoing transmission lines is currently undetermined.
