简要规则描述：本项目拟通过竞争性磋商的方式选择一家合格的供应商，全面加强上钢新村街道世博城运平台运营管理，主要包括工单流转，数据分析与发布，绩效考评，资料汇总与上报，监督员巡视轨迹、信息员工作量统计，视频巡视、跟踪事件动态，突发事件信息的收集报送、汇总分析和预警发布，做好各设备日常维护工作，完成上级交办的其他工作事宜等工作内容。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through competitive negotiation to comprehensively enhance the operation and management of the Expo City transportation platform in Shanggang Xincun Subdistrict. The main contents include work order circulation, data analysis and release, performance evaluation, data summary and reporting, supervision officer patrol tracks, information officer workload statistics, video patrol, tracking event dynamics, collection, reporting, summary analysis and early warning release of emergency events, as well as conducting daily maintenance of all equipment and completing other tasks assigned by superiors. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 of the procurement requirements document.)
