9.采购文件的递交及开标Submission of Bidding Documents and Bid Opening
9.1报价文件递交的截止时间（报价截止时间，下同）为2026-06-04 18:00:00，报价应在截止时间2026-06-04 18:00:00前通过浪潮电子采购平台（https://scs.inspur.com）递交电子报价文件。
9.1 The deadline for quotation submission (hereinafter referred to as the bid deadline) is 18:00, June 4, 2026. Quotations shall be submitted electronically via the Inspur E-Procurement Platform (https://scs.inspur.com) before 18:00, June 4, 2026.
 9.2逾期送达的报价文件，电子采购平台将予以拒收。
9.2 Late submitted quotation documents will be rejected by the E-Procurement Platform.
9.3项目开标时间为2026-06-04 18:00:00，响应人应准时参加报价活动并在线签到，未签到的视为承认开标记录，事后对开标结果提出任何异议无效。
