（1）上述网站的查询结果以招标人、招标代理机构于评标当日通过“中国裁判文书网”、“信用中国”、“国家企业信用信息公示系统”、烟草行业不良行为供应商数据库等查询结果为准，招标代理机构在评标当日将同时将上述网站的现场查询结果进行截图保存或下载存档保存并将查询结果提供给评审委员会，由评审委员会根据现场查询结果依法作出有关决定。如在现场查询时发现投标人相关失信记录已失效，招标代理机构和评审委员会有权要求投标人提供相关证明资料，评审委员会将根据投标人提供的补充证明资料进行评审。投标人未能按评审委员会要求提供相关证明资料的视为放弃响应。因国家法律法规规定以外的原因，投标人提供的证明材料与原投标文件的实质性内容不一致时，视为投标人放弃响应。</span> </p><p style="margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; text-indent:24pt; line-height:150%; font-size:12pt"> <span style="font-family:宋体">
