All interested bidders shall log on to the Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform (https://scs.inspur.com) to download electronic documents from 11:00:35 on May 28, 2026 to 15:00:00 on May 31, 2026 (Beijing Time).
7. 报价文件递交及报价开启 / Submission and Opening of Bidding Documents
7.1 报价文件递交截止时间为2026-05-31 15:00:00，响应人应在截止时间前通过浪潮电子采购平台（https://scs.inspur.com）递交电子报价文件。The deadline for submission of bidding documents is 12:00:00 on May 31, 2026. Bidders shall submit electronic bidding documents via the Inspur Electronic Procurement Platform (https://scs.inspur.com) before the deadline.
7.2 逾期送达的报价文件，电子采购平台将予以拒收。
Any bidding documents submitted after the deadline will be rejected by the electronic procurement platform.
7.3 本项目报价开启时间为2026-05-31 15:00:00。响应人须准时参与报价活动并完成在线签到；未签到者视为认可报价开启记录，事后提出的异议一律无效。
