（2）该房产一楼房屋形状基本为长方形，一层、二层室内层高为3.6米，房屋正面长35.65米，房屋内进深16.95米。该房屋现金区、设备间及加钞间四周分隔墙体均须钢板墙及钢筋网墙分隔。</span> </p><p style="margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; text-indent:24pt; line-height:25pt"> <span style="font-family:仿宋">

（2）与本投标人存在控股、管理关系的其他投标人。</span> </p><p style="margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; text-indent:24pt; line-height:25pt"> <span style="font-family:仿宋">11.投标人应向招标人如实披露与本投标人存在关联关系的其他投标人。招标人有权取消关联关系投标人参与本项目的资格或重新组织招标。</span> </p><p style="margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; text-indent:24pt; line-height:25pt"> <span style="font-family:仿宋">12.投标人应当严格遵守有关法律法规和行业标准规范，依法诚信参加投标，自觉维护公平竞争秩序。不得通过受让、租借或者挂靠资质投标；不得伪造、变造资质、资格证书或者其他许可证件，提供虚假业绩、奖项、项目负责人等材料，或者以其他方式弄虚作假投标；不得与招标人、招标代理机构或其他投标人串通投标；不得与评标委员会成员私下接触，或向招标人、招标代理机构、交易平台运行服务机构、评标委员会成员、行政监督部门人员等行贿谋取中标；不得恶意提出异议、投诉或者举报，干扰正常招标投标活动。投标人如出现上述行为之一的，其投标将被拒绝，招标人有权将其列入中国银行供应商不良行为名单。</span> </p><p style="margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; text-indent:24pt; line-height:25pt"> <span style="font-family:仿宋">13.投标人应未受到联合国、中国或其他招标人认为需适用的制裁发布主体的制裁，也未被前述制裁对象拥有或实际控制。</span> </p><p style="margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; text-indent:24pt; line-height:25pt"> <span style="font-family:仿宋">14.投标人发生合并、分立、破产等重大变化的，应当及时书面告知招标人。投标人不再具备资格预审文件、招标文件规定的资格条件或者其投标影响招标公正性的，其投标无效。</span> </p><p style="margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; text-indent:24pt; line-height:25pt"> <span style="font-family:仿宋">15.投标人若接触招标人数据、招标人客户数据（如有），应严格遵守《银行保险机构数据安全管理办法》等数据安全相关法律法规、监管要求，并配合招标人根据数据处理的具体模式，在“第四部分合同主要条款及格式”中明确数据处理的相关约定。</span> </p><p style="margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; line-height:25pt"> <span style="font-family:仿宋">
