十、其他事项</strong></p><p style="text-indent:28px;line-height:27px">1、本项目若为重新组织的采购采购项目，投标截止后投标人不足3家或经评审满足资格条件的投标人不足3家的，可现场转谈判采购或直接采购。</p><p style="line-height:27px">2、合同签订前，经核查，存在下列情形之一的，其投标均无效：</p><p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:27px">
（1）在“建工集团限制交易名单管理系统”中被列入限制交易名单的；</p><p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:27px">&nbsp;
