Brief Specification Description: The Summer Concert Festival at Dihuishui Lake is scheduled to be held from June 2026 to September 2026. The purchaser is currently entrusting a supplier through this project to carry out corresponding performance activities based on the 'Dihuishui Music Festival' brand building and the positioning of 'The Young City, The City of Young People' in Lingang. The supplier is required to provide high-quality performances, effective publicity and promotion, and on-site execution services. (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
