简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：根据《上海市老年人健康管理服务规范》的相关精神，结合川沙新镇老年人健康管理服务的具体要求，年满60周岁的川沙新镇户籍老年人，以及未满60周岁的农保养老人员开展健康体检。通过健康体检，健全完善健康档案，全面了解川沙新镇老年人群重点疾病的患病情况，正确分析评价老年人群疾病的变化趋势及其影响因素，制定科学的干预策略与措施，增强老年人疾病防治能力，提升60岁以上老年人的慢性非传染性疾病防治水平，保障老年人的身体健康，提高老年人健康水平和生活质量。本项目为招一续二项目(一次采购三年享用，分年签订合同)。每年结束后，采购人对中标人的工作进行考核，并在相同采购任务的条件下确定次年合同的签订。如年度考核未通过或项目内容及价格变动较大的(超过原合同采购金额10%)，将重新采购。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: According to the relevant spirit of the 'Shanghai Health Management Service Standards for the Elderly', and in combination with the specific requirements of the elderly health management service in Chuansha New Town, elderly residents of Chuansha New Town who have reached the age of 60, as well as rural insurance pensioners who have not yet reached the age of 60, are required to undergo health check-ups. Through health check-ups, health records are improved and perfected, and a comprehensive understanding of the prevalence of key diseases among the elderly population in Chuansha New Town is obtained.
