1.4 采购项目概况： 菲律宾拉梅萨蓄水池改建项目地处马尼拉大都会奎松市，位于该市区Maynilad拉梅萨水处理厂内。该水厂已经建设完工并投入运营，原有蓄水池为天然土体形成，项目对其进行钢筋混凝土改建和电气化改建，主要施工内容包括3座蓄水池池体修建、泵房修建、机电工程及相关附属构筑物建设，工程类型属市政工程。项目开工日期为2024年12月6日，合同工期为540天。
1.4 Project Overview: The La Mesa Reservoir Renovation Project in the Philippines is located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, within the Maynilad La Mesa Water Treatment Plant. The water treatment plant is already completed and operational. The original reservoir is formed from natural soil. The project involves the reconstruction of the reservoir with reinforced concrete and electrification. The main construction content includes the construction of three reservoirs, pump house construction, electromechanical engineering, and related ancillary structures. The project type is municipal engineering. The project commencement date is December 6, 2024, and the contract period is 540 days.
