Second Round RFP for China Unicom PEACE submarine cable’s SLTE colocation service
（Package 2 Egypt Abu Talat site）
1. Request
PEACE submarine cable’s SLTE colocation service.
The seller shall provide the buyer with colocation services that meet the following technical requirements, as detailed in the following table. The first order shall meet the buyer's installation requirements of 2T SLTE.
2. Eligible Suppliers
2.1 The Bidder shall be an independent legal entity or other organization legally incorporated and registered in any region, and shall provide a valid legal registration certificate.
2.2 Bidder can provide valid invoices in accordance with the China Unicom financial department.
2.3 Within the recent three years, the Bidder shall have no act of fraudulent bidding, serious breach of contract, nor any major incidents involving engineering, product quality or safety.
2.4 The Bidder undertakes to enjoy sound bank credit standing and business reputation, possess strong comprehensive corporate capacity to meet the Tenderer’s requirements, and shall not be ordered to suspend business, have its assets taken over or frozen, nor be in bankruptcy status.
2.5 Different entities or organizations which have same controller or have holding and management relations, can't participate in the same tender package.
2.6 The Bidder undertakes that it is not within the admission prohibition period of China Unicom’s supplier blacklist.
2.7 Consortium bidding is not accepted for this project.
2.8 Delivery Requirement: Within one month from the date of contract signing.
Any Bidder in violation of the above requirements shall be disqualified from bidding.

Bidders shall submit the proposals and quotations via the China Unicom International Procurement and Bidding Platform(URL:https://www.cuecp.cn/#/IntSupplyPlatHome) before the Tender Submission Deadline.
CUG authorizes following representatives to issue the RFP and collect the Responses.

4. Objection
If you have any objections, please mail to CUG Discipline inspection & Audit Department’s mailbox hq-cugjc@chinaunicom.cn during the announcement period.
Final result will be reserved by CUG for further action without given any notice.
