中国联通（韩国）运营有限公司（以下简称联通韩国）将就 “2026-2027年中国联通国际韩国POP点Digital Edge SEL1机房机柜租赁采购项目” 进行公开招标采购，具体信息如下：
一、 项目基本信息
（一） 项目名称：2026-2027年中国联通国际韩国POP点Digital Edge SEL1机房机柜租赁采购项目项目
（二） 项目实施内容：
采购内容: Digital Edge SEL1 IDC Rack 1ea * 4KW
合约期：12个月
承诺交付周期：2026年8月前交付
报价要求：韩元报价，总价评审，报价需涵盖该标段全部采购内容。
（三） 资格条件：
1、应答人在任意地区合法登记注册成立的独立法人或其他组织，需提供合法注册登记证明；
2、应答人承诺能提供符合联通认可的有效发票或收据；
3、应答人承诺近三年内没有骗取中标和严重违约及重大工程\产品质量或者安全问题；
4、应答人承诺具有良好的银行资信、商业信誉和较强的企业综合实力，能够满足招标人的要求，未处于被责令停业、财产被接管或冻结、破产状态；
5、应答人承诺未与公司负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同公司同时参加本项目投标；
6、应答人承诺未处于中国联通供应商黑名单禁入期或限制期内；
7、应答人承诺本项目不以联合体形式参与投标；
8、应答人若进行代理商投标，需提供其与机房机柜转售的有效授权证明或合作协议。

Public Tender Announcement for the 2026-2027 China Unicom International Korea PoP Digital Edge SEL1 Data Center Rack Leasing Procurement Project
China Unicom (Korea) Operations Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'China Unicom Korea') hereby announces an open tender for the 2026-2027 China Unicom International Korea PoP Digital Edge SEL1 Data Center Rack Leasing Procurement Project. Details are as follows:
I. Basic Project Information(1) Project Name2026-2027 China Unicom International Korea PoP Digital Edge SEL1 Data Center Rack Leasing Procurement Project
(2) Scope of WorkProcurement Scope:
This project consists of three lots in total: Digital Edge SEL1 IDC Rack 1 ea * 4KW
Contract Term: 12 months
Committed Delivery Timeline: Delivery to be completed before August 2026
Quotation Requirements:
Quotation shall be submitted in KRW. Review based on total contract amount. The quotation must cover all procurement contents under the relevant lot.
(3) Qualification Requirements1. The bidder must be an independent legal entity or other organization legally registered in any region and shall provide valid registration documents.
2. The bidder shall undertake to provide valid invoices or receipts acceptable to China Unicom.
3. The bidder shall undertake that within the past three years, there has been no fraudulent bid winning, serious breach of contract, or major engineering/product quality or safety issues.
4. The bidder shall undertake to have sound bank credit standing, good commercial reputation, and strong overall corporate capability, and shall not be under suspension of business, asset takeover, freezing, or bankruptcy.
5. The bidder shall undertake that different companies with the same legal representative or with controlling/management relationships shall not participate in the same tender simultaneously.
6. The bidder shall undertake that it is not under the blacklist ban period or restriction period of China Unicom suppliers.
7. The bidder shall undertake not to participate in the tender in the form of a consortium.
8. If participating as an agent, the bidder shall provide valid authorization documents or cooperation agreements for resale of data center racks/cabinets.
