style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">⑴ 不同投标人的投标文件由同一单位或者个人编制；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">⑵ 不同投标人委托同一单位或者个人办理投标事宜；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">⑶ 不同投标人的投标文件载明的项目管理成员或者联系人员为同一人；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">⑷ 不同投标人的投标文件异常一致或者投标报价呈规律性差异；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">⑸ 不同投标人的投标文件相互混装；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">⑹ 不同投标人的投标保证金从同一单位或者个人的账户转出；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">8</span><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px">.5</span><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">对参与集团公司招投标活动中被查属实存在违法违规行为的投标人，按照</span></span><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">相关制度</span></span><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">有关规定进行处理。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">投标人存在以下行为之一的，将被纳入安徽建工集团股份有限公司</span><span style="font-family:宋体">“</span></span><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">限制交易名单</span></span><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">”管理并予以披露，期限自认定之日起暂定5年。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">（</span><span style="font-family:宋体">1）在招投标过程中相互串通投标的；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">（</span><span style="font-family:宋体">2）以提供虚假业绩等方式弄虚作假资料投标；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">（</span><span style="font-family:宋体">3）违反合同约定，情节严重且拒不改正的；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">（</span><span style="font-family:宋体">4）中标后恶意放弃中标或不按规定期限签订合同或不按时缴纳履约保证金（或银行保函）的；</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 32px;line-height: 150%"><span style=";font-family:宋体;line-height:150%;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family:宋体">（</span><span style="font-family:宋体">5）合作过程中存在挂靠行为的。</span></span></p><p><br/></p>
